This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the HUE mobile game, the purposes for using this information, and your privacy choices.
HUE may store your high score, game preferences, and technical information used to verify the integrity of score records locally on your device. This information is used to maintain your gameplay experience and remember your records.
When you sign in to Apple Game Center, HUE uses Game Center services to submit your scores to leaderboards and retrieve your current records.
Your Game Center username, profile picture, and scores may be visible to other players under Apple's terms of service and your privacy settings. Your Apple account password is never collected or accessed by HUE. For details, please review the Apple Game Center & Privacy disclosure.
HUE uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements.

HUE uses Google AdMob for advertisements and Apple Game Center for leaderboards. The entities providing these services process information transmitted to them under their own privacy policies.
In the current version of HUE, there is no separate game account or game data server operated by the developer. This does not mean that advertising and Game Center services do not process data.
Information you provide to us through support inquiries will not be shared except to fulfill the request or where required by law.
In HUE's current advertising configuration, child-directed ad processing settings are enabled. However, advertising services may continue to process certain technical information for ad delivery and security purposes.

Game data stored on your device may remain on your device for as long as you use the application. Deleting the application from your device may remove local application data; device backups and restore operations may affect this.
Deleting the app does not automatically delete scores recorded in Game Center or information stored by Google and Apple. Retention and deletion practices within these services are subject to the policies of the respective providers.
Support correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and comply with any applicable legal obligations.
You can manage your Game Center usage and sharing preferences through your Apple account and device settings. You can also control privacy and advertising permissions provided by your device in the respective settings.
Depending on applicable law in your location, you may have rights to request information, access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information within our control. However, no method of electronic storage or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
